We provide website development, AI communication systems, CRM setup, messaging registration, marketing campaigns, and related consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in your written proposal or service agreement.

Communications consent

When you submit a form and check the applicable box, you authorize us to contact you by call and text at the number provided, possibly using automated means, for informational/transactional purposes and - where separately authorized - promotional purposes. Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information for messaging registration.
  • Only upload contact lists you have permission to contact.
  • Comply with applicable telemarketing, messaging, and privacy laws.
  • Provide timely feedback and approvals so projects stay on schedule.

Fees and cancellation

Recurring services are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. You may cancel recurring services with written notice before the next billing date. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. On cancellation you retain your domain, website content, and CRM data.

Third-party platforms

Our services may rely on third-party platforms and carriers. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, filtering decisions, or registration rejections outside our control, though we will work to resolve them.

No guarantee of results

Marketing, SEO, and AI results vary by market and execution. Case study figures are client-reported and are not a guarantee of comparable results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
